Thate Pan Hub collaborated with Learn to open a free of charge basic digital skills training programs for teachers. As the world transitions to a digital learning system, Myanmar trails behind due to a lack of digital literacy from many of its chief educators. This course was designed to equip teachers with the basic digital skills necessary for online teaching such as how to utilize browsers and search engines, effectively use Zoom and Google Suite, and basic technology skills.
Learn is an organization with a focus on improving teachers and educators’ personal development through free classes, and knowledge sharing discussions. This collaboration between Learn and Thate Pan Hub will be crucial in the furthering of teachers’ digital literacy in this highly digitalised world. The training program operated from the 18th to the 24th of October in 2021. Upon completion of this program, teachers will be better equipped to handle digital teaching. Thate Pan Hub sends our most sincere gratitude to Learn and the teachers who joined us for this program!
