As online scammers are using all sorts of tactics from impersonating your friends, acquaintances, authorities, to dangling too-good-to-be-true promises of quick money to manipulate people, Digital Safety has become must-know knowledge for everyone.

 

Hence, partnered with ASEAN Foundation, Thate Pan Hub is proud to introduce “Scam Ready ASEAN Program” with the aim of protecting against online scams. The program targets to bring Digital Safety awareness directly to youths, parents, and seniors residing in major regions of Myanmar, like Yangon, Mandalay, Mawlamyine, Taunggyi and Hpa An.

To EDUCATE through Community Awareness Training Courses

 

To PLAY the “Be Scam Ready” Game: Interactive games for those who get easily bored with reading, where participants will be challenged to spot and identify tricks while learning more about scam tactics and online fraud scenarios.

 

To ENGAGE through the Digital Grandpals Campaign: Initiatives that bring youth and seniors together to learn about Digital Safety and PROTECT themselves from scams and online fraud.
