Thate Pan Solutions proudly bring #EmployableMe project to empower Myanmar's people in carving successful career paths.
In an era of rapid technological advancement and evolving job markets, staying employable requires a keen understanding of industry demands. Thate Pan Solutions introduces the #EmployableMe program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to facilitate dialogue, exchange ideas, and offer practical solutions to the challenges faced by today's youth as they embark on their professional journeys.
There are three stages of #EmployableME such as
• Define the Gap : the stage where youths can define the skills gap to achieve their career goals.
• Fill the Gap : the stage where youths can fill the skills gap for their career goals with intensive training and workshop, which will be contributed by Thate Pan Solutions.
• Launch Your Career: the stage where participants can find job opportunities, including mock interviews, which will be provided by partners of Thate Pan Solutions.
We kick off this project with #EmployableMe:Define the Gap event which was held on November 18 at MST University for the youths who are finding a new career and for the fresh graduates who want to start a new career. This workshop highlights two main titles, four careers.
• Business Analyst Vs Data Analyst: Explore their Differences
• UI/UX Designer & Web Developer: Delve into their Challenges
The event was successfully completed on 18th November at a local Institution with a total of 120+ youths from Yangon and other regions via in-person and ZOOM. #EmployableMe's "Define the Gap" workshop at MST University was a resounding success, fostering a collaborative environment for aspiring professionals in Myanmar. Thate Pan Solutions is committed to bridging the gap between education and industry, empowering youths to make informed career choices. With a vision to inspire and equip the future workforce, #EmployableMe continues to be a catalyst for career growth and success.
